In Edge of Antarctica, sweeping fields of white, charcoal, and sand tones suggest the stark openness of the polar landscape. Embedded ceramic fragments merge with the painted surface, forming a rugged ridge that recalls fractured ice and ancient rock. The interplay between smooth paint and raw texture creates a powerful sense of movement at the boundary of land and frozen sea.
